Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Last updated: June 7, 2026
This notice is provided to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and similar U.S. state laws.
Our practice
Kashend does not sell or share your personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration. We do not participate in cross-context behavioral advertising, do not use third-party advertising SDKs, and do not provide your data to data brokers.
What we do share, and why
We share personal data only with the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy — strictly to operate the Service for you. This is not a "sale" or "share" under California law because the providers process the data on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
Your rights under California law
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect about you.
- Access a copy of your personal information.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your personal information.
- Opt out of any future sale or sharing of your personal information (we don't currently do either, but this right still applies if our practices ever change).
- Not face discrimination for exercising these rights.
How to exercise your rights
- Access / export: use the CSV or PDF export in Settings → Export Data inside the app.
- Correct: edit any entry directly in the app.
- Delete: use Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
- Opt out / other requests: email privacy@kashend.com with the subject line "CCPA Request" and we will respond within 45 days.
Authorized agents
You can designate an authorized agent to make these requests on your behalf. We'll ask for proof of designation and proof of your identity to protect your account.
